CULOTTES

I have to admit I wasn't a fan of culottes until I saw the way Mirrorme rocked hers. Since I was not exactly sure what culottes are, I asked Google.
I found out that "Culottes are women's knee-length trousers, cut with very full legs to resemble a skirt ".

Anyways I bought these culottes thinking they we just really long shorts but I guess these are culottes after-all. I wish they were a bit longer though but I am definitely loving them and will be keeping an eye out for more pairs.

When styling them, I went with different shades of green. I then opted for a turtle neck top which is just so classy, added a belt to cinch in my waist and went for my go-to nude pumps. In my opinion, these shades of green can be a bit tricky to pull off since they are quite dull so I added a pop of pink in my lip.

  12. I haven't warmed up to the whole culotte trend yet. I don't know why...it's just something about it being pants, but looking like a skirt. I don't know. Maybe I'll try them down the road.

  13. I've always loved culottes and love that they are so in again because I think it's a different take on shorts. I liked that you paired them with a more fitted turtle neck for a good balance since they are wider. great look & by the way good job with doing your own braids, it's not easy and looks great!!

I had to wear them in elementary school and I truly hated them because they were so big on me... like are you a pants or a skirt?... lol I eventually started to like them! AND yes, I like them on you as well !!! :p
